Heather Maldonado of KOR Properties was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  We were first time home buyers and intimidated by the highly competitive market, but our wonderful agent Heather walked us through each step of the way.  She helped us to find homes in the exact areas that we wanted, secured showings quickly, and when it came time to put in offers, she thoroughly explained her recommendations to us, allowing us to make informed decisions.  Because of her expertise and guidance, we were actually able to purchase the home of our dreams in this crazy market!  We never felt uncomfortable or pressured at any point of the process and feel so lucky to have had all of her knowledge and experience at our disposal!  We closed on the 16th and definitely could NOT have done it without her!  Thank you Heather!!!
