I worked with Heather on a bathroom model in my home, Cachet at La Sendas. In the early stage on the project, in order to better understand my tastes and what I liked and didn’t like, she asked me to go on Pinterest, “pin” things that I liked or found interesting and send them to her. This process enabled me to think concretely and convey to Heather “my vision” for my bathroom. She took my ideas and created a design concept and then began filling in details. To cut down on so many options, Heather brought me samples or photos of tiles, fixtures, lighting, etc. Details were finalized, I left for the summer, and Heather oversaw the project to completion. As questions arose during the remodel, she would call or send a photo for us to discuss. The entire process worked very well for me. Heather is professional, personable, and enjoyable to work with. If there are other remodel projects in my future, I would of course use Heather again!
